Hotel was fairly clean and wonderful with excellent staff and excellent location in Praia down next to the Marina. The rooms of the venue were huge and beautiful with a balcony, couches.

Delicious breakfasts with beans, pastries and also traditional Azorean cheeses, the staff were all in all outstandingly accommodating.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Praia da Vitoria, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the property exceeded my expectations, appearing even better in person than in the pictures. The hotel's location right in front of the beach was fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to the shoreline. As a vegan, I was thrilled to find that they had soy milk available for me during breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch not found in other hotels I stayed at in Portugal. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb staff, impressive property, and convenient beachfront location.

Very nice hotel and room with sea-view and very close to the beach. I liked the apartment-like room with open kitchen and living room giving way to the "bedroom", and the big bathroom. Very good breakfast with traditional food. Nice and polite hotel staff always open to help.

The location was perfect, right next to the marina and within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The room exceeded my expectations with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The staff took great care of the overall facility. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Praia da Vitoria.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a great choice! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste. the hotel's location was perfect, right in front of the beach and close to the airport. The room was also clean and comfortable, making me feel at home away from home.

There was some noise heard from outside due to the windows not sealing properly. the hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a kettle.

Spent Christmas here and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of options such as eggs, bacon, and delicious pastries. The location couldn’t be better with the beach just steps away and easy access to the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to offer suggestions for activities. One of the best aspects was definitely the stunning ocean views from our balcony.

Our room was poorly soundproofed as we could hear loud music and talking from the nearby bars and restaurants, making it difficult to sleep at times. the shower leaked, causing water to spread on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is right next to several restaurants and cafes, and it's in the town center.
